Training Center

And that’s how the dream began

What began in April 2019 as a small project to train our staff gradually became a big project” The Tu FAMILY CLINIC TRAINING CENTER, where people from our Hispanic community and other minority groups can access training to become Medical assistants and Phlebotomist and through this change their lives by entering a career in the medical field where at the end of their training, they get certified, and they are able to find great and excellent job opportunities that they didn’t know they could.

In the beginning, we had 7 students in a morning schedule who were part of our staff but, as word spread, after two months of opening other students were very interested and excited about the skills and job opportunities they could obtain and perfect and so our training center became a known resource because of the quality of the training, the national certification and the great job opportunities available to them.

The growth exceeded all our expectations, and the demand grew even higher so today Tu Family Clinic Training Center has more than 140 students who make an enormous sacrifice day after day to attend their classes, afford the tuition, even if that is low, and thus be able to have a better future and show that in life every dream can be achieved and change lives through a professional technical career in the medical field with a certification in partnership with National Healthcare Association that is valid all over the United States.

According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) employment for Medical Assistants is expected to grow 23 percent between 2014 and 2024, which is much faster than all other technical careers combined which are expected to grow by 7 percent. Online job offers even suggest further growth for the number of jobs for Medical Assistants (MA) than those of BLS. Gray Associates’ research suggests that in 2012 and 2013, bids online for MA or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT increased by at least 9% each year. In it 2014 offerings increased by 15% and the continued high growth rate in 2015.

Due to this, we have opened more schedules, including weekends for people that can not attend during workdays, so that all people who wish to be certified and have a better and well-paid job have access to our medical assistance and phlebotomy programs.

Have a national accreditation like the one you can obtain through this course and help you excel. Furthermore, certification may be preferred or even required in many job opportunities in the medical profession.

Many organizations now offer development opportunities for Assistants Doctors with greater responsibilities and better salaries. Some of these responsibilities include patient navigator.
